No. 2006 Ordinances <br />28 An ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of $3,000,000 of notes of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose <br />of acquiring certain real estate together with the existing buildings and other <br />structures located thereon and any related equipment and certain other real estate <br />for recreational purposes and improving the parks and recreation system of the <br />Village by acquiring certain real estate, constructing and lighting ball fields, <br />together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and otherwise improving that <br />system, and declaring an emergency. <br />29 An emergency ordinance adopting a tax budget for Mayfield Village Ohio, for the <br />Tax year 2007. <br />30 An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement <br />for the acquisition of 6827 Thornapple, Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />31 An ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum <br />aggregate principal amount of $4,500,000 for the purpose of constructing, <br />equipping, furnishing, improving the site of, and otherwise improving a <br />new police station, and declaring an emergency. <br />32 An ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum <br />aggregate principal amount of $1,890,000 for the purpose of refunding at a <br />lower interest eost the portion of the Village's outstanding fire station <br />construction bonds, dated as of March 1, 1996 and maturing after <br />December 1, 2006, which were issued to pay costs of constructing, furnishing <br />and equipping a new fire station, and declaring an emergency. <br />ist 2na 3ra passed <br />7/17 s s 7/17 <br />7/17 s s 7/17 <br />7/17 s s 7/17 <br />8/28 s s 8/28 <br />8/28 s s 8/28
