<br />LONGEVITY
<br />Section 23.1. Years of service shall be defined as the total number of twelve (12) month periods of
<br />service completed on or before December 31st of each year. Each twelve (12) month period used to
<br />compute years of service commences on the anniversary date of the employee's first date of employment
<br />with the Village and ends on the last day prior to the employee's next consecutive anniversary date.
<br />Section 23.2. The only service that shall be used to compute longevity pay shall be years of service as a
<br />full-time employee of Mayfield Village.
<br />Section 23.3. Each full-time member of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to longevity pay increases in
<br />accordance with the schedule provided below:
