limit for bodily injury and property damage, which limits may be increased from time to time by <br />Licensor in a reasonable amount. Licensor shall be included as additional named insured, it <br />being understood that said policy shall provide primary insurance to Licensor. A Certificate of <br />Insurance evidencing coverage shall be furnished to Licensor and shall be mailed to Licensor at <br />the address set forth above, to the attention of tlie Director of Real Estate, and such Certificate <br />shall include specific reference to the Premises address, this License Agreement and the hiking <br />and biking trail covered thereby. Licensee shall cause the policy to be endorsed to require <br />written notice from the insurer to Licensor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of <br />any cancellation or change therein. <br />18. All notices required or pernutted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be served <br />on the parties at the following addresses: <br />If to Licensor: <br />Progressive Casualty Insurance Company <br />6300 Wilson Mills Road <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />Attn: Chief Legal Officer <br />If to Licensee: <br />Mayfield Village <br />6622 Wilson Mills Road <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />Attn: Director _of Law <br />Any such notices shall be either (a) sent by U.S. mail in which case notice shall be <br />deemed given three (3) business days after deposit, postage prepaid in the U.S. mail; or (b) sent <br />by recognized courier service, in which case the notice shall be deemed to have been given upon <br />confirmed receipt; or (c) upon receipt, if personally delivered.
