Licensor shall not have the right to terminate this License for default. Such notice to terminate <br />shall not operate to release the Licensee from the indemnifying provisions contained herein. <br />14. Licensee agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and defend Licensor and any <br />directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents of Licensor from any and against any and <br />all claims, actions, administrative proceedings, judgments, liens, demands, damages, actions or <br />causes of action, together with any and all losses, costs or expenses in connection therewith or <br />related thereto, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any person or persons for bodily <br />injury, death or property damage arising from or in any manner growing out of Licensee's use of <br />said Premises and the use of said Premises by any invitee of the Licensee of said Premises during <br />the term of this License or any extension thereof. <br />15. Licensee agrees to indemnify Licensor against all fines, penalties or losses <br />incurred for or by reason of the violation by the Licensee of any ordinance, regulation, rule or <br />law of any political subdivision or duly constituted public authority due to its use of the <br />Premises. <br />16. Licensee further agrees to purchase and maintain during the term of this License, <br />Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability, covering the above- <br />indemnifying provisions with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, combined single <br />limit for bodily injury and property damage, which limits may be increased from time to time by <br />Licensor in a reasonable amount. Licensor shall be included as additional named insured, it <br />being understood that said policy shall provide primary insurance to Licensor. A Certificate of <br />Insurance evidencing coverage shall be furnished to Licensor and shall be mailed to: <br />. Licensee shall cause the policy to be endorsed to require <br />written notice from the insurer to Licensor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of <br />any cancellation or change therein.
