r <br />, <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of <br />2006, between RUTH L. VITEK a.k.a RUTH T. VITEK and JAMES A. VITEK, Trustees <br />of the RUTH L. VITEK a.k.a. RUTH T. VITEK TRUST dated October 10, 1992, 6492 <br />Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 (hereinafter called "Seller") and the <br />VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, 6622 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />(hereinafter called "Buyer") <br />WHEREAS, the Buyer is the Village of Mayfield, which is located in the County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and is fully authorized to enter into this Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Seller agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer agrees to purchase the <br />following described real estate, with any appurtenances, located in the County of <br />Cuyahoga, Village of Mayfield, and State of Ohio: <br />6492 Wilson Mills Road, Permanent Parcel No. 831-36-012 <br />The terms of the Agreement are as follows: <br />1. PURCHASE PRICE. The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to <br />purchase the real estate set forth above for the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Seven <br />Thousand Dollars ($127,000.00), the amount of which will be payable in full on the date <br />set for closing of this matter. Such price shall be contingent upon Village Council's <br />approval. <br />2. THE PREMISES. The purchase price of the premises shall include: the <br />premises, the building and improvements therein, all fixtures, specifically but not limited <br />to all electrical, heating, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, all light bulbs, landscaping, <br />window and door shades and coverings, screen and storm windows, all curtains, drapes <br />and rods, all hanging lighting fixtures, all tacked-down carpeting, any built in bookcases <br />and cabinets, stove and/or oven, and all attached mirrors and storage cabinets <br />EXHIBIT <br />? <br />a <br />a <br />? <br />A
