Ordinance 2006--50 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2006, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($20,000.00); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Civic Center Fund the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($250,000.00); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund the sum of One Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and <br />E. From the General Fund to the S.O.M.Center Road Project Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000.00); and <br />F. From the Sewer Relief Fund to the Highland Road, Metro Park Drive, Zorn Lane Sewer Project Fund the <br />sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00); and, <br />G. From the Upper 40 Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of One Hundred <br />Ninety-Five Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars ($195,503.00); and <br />H. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven <br />Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($760,000.00); and <br />1. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Thirty- <br />Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council fmds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Mayfield Village 2006 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 7 of 8
