Licensor. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage shall be furnished to Licensor and <br />shall be mailed to the Licensee at the address set forth below. Licensee shall cause the policy <br />to be endorsed to require written notice from the insurer to Licensor at least thirty (30) days <br />prior to the effective date of any cancellation or change therein. <br />17. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be <br />served on the parties at the following addresses: <br />If to Licensor: <br />731 Beta, Ltd_ <br />c/o Panzica Realty, Inc. <br />Attn: Mark Polansky <br />735 Beta Drive <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />with copy to: <br />Jeffrey Platko, Esq. <br />Kadish, Hinkel & Weibel <br />1717 East 9`h Street, Suite 2112 <br />Cleveland, Ohio 44114 <br />If to Licensee: <br />Mayfield Village <br />6221 Wilson Mills <br />Mayf'ield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />Attn: Director of Law <br />Any such notices shall be either (a) sent by U.S. mail in which case notice shall be <br />deemed given three (3) business days after deposit, postage prepaid in the U.S. mail; or (b) sent <br />by recognized courier service, in which case the notice shall be deemed to have been given <br />upon canfirmed receipt; or (c) upon receipt, if personally delivered. - All parties shall have the <br />right from time to time to designate by written notice to all other parties any other address or <br />place where such notice, demand or request be addressed. <br />5
