Ordinance 2005=J.1 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2005, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Civic Center Fund the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00); and C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Parkview Ballfield Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and F. Transfer from the General Fund to the Green Corridor Pathway Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00),• and G. From the General Fund to the S.O.M.Center Road Project Fund the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00); and H. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Six Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($610,000.00); and I. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00); and J. Transfer from the Anthem Conversion/Liquidation Fund to the General Fund the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00). Mayfield Village 2005 Amended Appropriation Budget Page 7 of 8
