Ordinance 2005-49 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2005, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars <br />($25,000.00); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Civic Center Fund the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($800,000.00); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand Dollaxs ($150,000.00); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Parkview Ballfield Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($150,000.00); and <br />F. Transfer from the General Fund to the Green Corridor Pathway Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($50,000.00); and <br />G. From the General Fund to the S.O.M.Center Road Project Fund the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($350,000.00); and <br />H. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Six <br />Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($610,000.00); and <br />1. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Fourteen <br />Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00); and <br />Section 5 The Council fmds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoptiori of <br />this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Mayfield Village 2005 Amended Appropriation Budget <br />Page 7 of 8
