A description of OneCleveland's operations support, procedures and related <br />matters is available upon request to the OneCleveland Network Operations Center <br />(OCNOC@onecleveland. org). <br />OneCleveland core NOC fiznctions consist o£ <br />o Open Service Inquiries on all events & alarms <br />o Open Service Inquiries on all reported troubles <br />o Conduct fault investigation & identification <br />o Implement network repair and service restoration <br />¦ Remote logical service reconfiguration <br />¦ Dispatch field technical service to Subscriber location <br />as required. <br />13 Technical Network Information. Upon Subscriber's request, <br />OneCleveland will provide technical specifications and descriptions of the <br />OneCleveland Network and the Subscriber connection. <br />2. SUBSCRIBER CONNECTIONS TO ONECLEVELAND NETWORK. <br />2.1 Connections. At Subscriber's request, OneCleveland will provide to <br />Subscriber, pricing for the installation and maintenance of a connection from an <br />agreed upon Subscriber site to the OneCleveland Network. Subscriber may elect <br />to have OneCleveland, on Subscriber's behalf, be responsible for procuring a <br />connection between Subscriber's site and the OneCleveland Network. Should <br />Subscriber elect to have OneCleveland procure a connection, OneCleveland will <br />oversee the installation and maintenance of that connection on Subscriber's <br />behalf, and will provide connection engineering and maintenance support during <br />and after the installation of the connection. OneCleveland will provide routine <br />and reasonable services related to network interface planning, engineering, and <br />consulting support in installing and configuring the Subscriber connection to the <br />OneCleveland Network. Subscriber is directly responsible for the payment of all <br />installation, recurring and non-recurring charges required to be paid to <br />OneCleveland or third parties with respect to each Subscriber connection to the <br />OneCleveland Network. Payments for these services will be payable due on <br />ordering of the connection. <br />2.2 Ownership of Connection. Any Connection from the OneCleveland <br />Network up to the Demarcation Point becomes part of the OneCleveland Network <br />upon installation and Subscriber full payment. Subscriber has no ownership <br />interest in the connection up to the Demarcation Point. <br />3. SERVICE UPGRADES. At any time, Subscriber may elect to increase the <br />bandwidth of its connection to the OneCleveland Network or the number of Subscriber <br />sites connected to the OneCleveland Network. Subscriber cannot reduce a connection's <br />service level during the Term. As part of a Service Upgrade, Subscriber will cooperate <br />with OneCleveland in coordinating the engineering, installation, testing and production <br />use of the new connection except as provided elsewhere in this agreement.
