ORDINANCE NO. 2005-59 PAGE TWO SECTION 1. The application for a conditional use permit for 750 Beta Drive, Suite F, by the RUMI Foundation, is hereby and herein granted with the expressed conditions as follows: (a) The premises will be used for weekly and monthly organizational meetings, with ten to twelve persons during the day or evening hours; and (b) The property will be used for lectures, guest speakers, social gatherings, cultural gatherings and potluck dinners, with all activities being indoors, and maximum occupancy will be limited per the Ohio Building Code; and (c) Children's programs will be permitted on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but the space will at no time be used for daycare or for any independent or separate enterprise involving teaching or child care on a fee paid basis; and (d) The premises will be used for language classes for small groups of about thirty people; and (e) The premises will not be used at any time or under any circumstances for religious services. SECTION 2. Based upon these express terms and conditions, the conditional use permit will be and is hereby granted for the time period authorized within the Codified Ordinances, and shall be reviewed periodically as provided for therein. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and upon signature by the Mayor. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the - - -L-
