MAYOR'S OFFICE <br />_ HAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />minimal ~°,ontrol Service ~ "• ~~ 1414 <br />- - -- na.;cv~a:~cmua•wba~r~ro:y•Ryea+c«+~a•oogrr~ <br />- September 25, 1995 <br />- ~ Mayor Rinker <br />- Mayfield Village <br />- ~ 6621 Wilson Mills Road <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 <br />''-~~~ ~' Dear Mayor Rinker <br />Greg Miller Animal Control Service, Inc. would like to continue to <br />provide Mayfield Village with animal control service for 1996 at the 1995 <br />rate of $535 (five hundred thirty-five dollars) per month to cover up to 35 <br />(thirty-five) calls per month including 5 (five) emergency calls. Excess <br />calls would be billed at a rate of $20 (twenty dollars) per call with excess <br />= emergency calls billed at $25 (twenty-five dollars) per call. We would act <br />as the Animal Warden for Mayfield Village and would supply all necessary <br />equipment, personnel and permits needed for these services. All calls would <br />be handled during regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, <br />except holidays). Emergency service would also be available at all times. <br />-~ Greg Miller Anima]. Control Service, Inc. would capture and board stray <br />animals found within the City. Owners would be responsible for all charges <br />-=_ including boarding and disposal of these animals. We would also provide the <br />_ ~ City with trapping service for nuisance wildlife. Nuisance wildlife is <br />.animals that have been confined within the occupied living space of <br />residential dwellings. We would set live traps for a period up to 5 working <br />days in a location that we deem appropriate to capture these animaals.. <br />Greg Miller Animal Control Service, Inc. would also provide trapping <br />service outside the living space of residences. Any trapping done outside <br />the living space of dwellings would be done for a charge of $10 (ten dollars) <br />per trap set, $5 (five dollars) per day to check and rebait, and $l0 (ten <br />dollars) to remove and dispose of each animal caught in the traps. We would <br />also remove and dispose of animals caught in traps other than our own within <br />- the City at a rate of $10 (ten dollars) per animal. Owners of these traps <br />would be required to pick up these traps at Pepperidge Kennels. Traps could <br />be delivered to owners at a charge of $20 (twenty dollars). Greg Miller <br />Animal Control Service, Inc. cannot be responsible for traps other than our <br />own. Laws require that all traps be clearly and permanently identified with <br />the owner's name, address and phone number. <br />- _ If you have any questions or would like to discuss this service please <br />feel free to call.
