~X~fIB/T ~ <br />UOt- 96-01057 PACE 43 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Parcel No.l - <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, <br />State of Ohio and known as being part of Original ,,Mayfield <br />Township Lot 45, Tract 1, and bounded ,and described as~ <br />follows: <br />Beginning at an iron monument in the centerline of Wilson <br />Mills Road, 80 f t. wide, at its intersection with the <br />centerline of Beta Drive, 60 ft. wide; <br />Thence North 0° 55' 20" East along the centerline of Beta <br />Drive, 1083.32 ft. to a point; <br />Thence South 89° 04' 40" East, 30.00 ft. to a drill hole set <br />in the easterly line of Beta Drive at its intersection with <br />the northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Beta <br />Investment Company 'by deed recorded in Volume 13365, Page <br />913 of Cuyahoga County Records, and the principal place of <br />beginning of the parcel herein described; <br />Thence North 0° 55' 20" East along the easterly line of Beta <br />Drive, 301.88 ft. to an iron pin set at its intersection <br />with the southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to <br />Property Associates, Ltd. by deed recorded in Volume 13644, <br />Pace :.2.1:9 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence South 89° 04' 40" East along the southerly line of <br />said land conveyed to Property. Page 598 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, 307.41 ft. to its intersection with the <br />northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Jefferson <br />Park Properties by deeds recorded in Volume 85-3440, Page 55 <br />thru 59 of the Official Records of Cuyahoga County, and from <br />which point an iron pipe found bears North 880 41' S1" West, <br />0.56 ft.; South l0 18' 09" West, 0.09 ft.; <br />Thence North 88° 41' S1" West along the northerly line of <br />said land conveyed to Jefferson Park Properties, and along <br />the northerly line of said land conveyed to Beta Investment <br />Company, 832.98 ft. to the principal place of beginning, and <br />containing 253,742 square feet or 5.8251 acres of land <br />according to the survey by Donald G.
