No. 1996 ORIIINANCE TITLES <br />96-33 An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MIJNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter <br />described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by <br />its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COLTNTY. <br />(re Wlute Rd. Resurfacing from I-271 to SO1Vn Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />96-34 An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts with Pirc <br />Landscaping Co. and Sumnierbreeze Landscaping, Inc. for the purpose of snow <br />removal. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />96-35 An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with North American Salt Company. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />96-36 An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with Morton International, Inc. (Morton Sa1t Division) for the purchase of road salt. <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />96-37 An ordinance requiring all banks and other financial institutions in Mayfield Village <br />providing access to automated teller mahines (ATMs) which are located outside of a <br />building or other structure to install surveillance cameras, and have card activated <br />access to 911 and declaring an emergency. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />96-38 An emergency ordinance authorizing the purchase of a fire rescue pumper with the <br />contingency stated herein. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />96-39 An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Council President to enter into <br />a contract with Noce Enterprises, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $664,089.00 for <br />the Wilson Mills Corridor project and declaring an ernergency.
