It is anticipated that the investigation will be <br />completed within 4 months of the project's starting date. Please refer to the proposal <br />for the specific responsibilities of the project. In order for the Urban Center to begin the project, an authorized agreement must <br />be made with Mayfield Village for the $20,000 fee. If you will sign and return this letter <br />of agreement, it will fulfill this purpose.
