ORDINANCE NO. 96- 05 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ENERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING TfE COMPENSATION OF THE <br />RECREATION COORDINATOR FOR 1996 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TfE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILI,AGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SEGTION 1. Effective January 1, 1996, and retroactive thereto, the <br />compensation of the Recreation Coordinator of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />shall be Nine Thousand Eighty-five Dollars and Forty-four Cents <br />($9,085.44) per annum, payable monthly as an employee of the <br />Municipality. The Recreation Coordinator shall have the option of being <br />included in the Public Employees Retirement System. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have <br />been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deli.berations of <br />this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory reguirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediatelX necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set <br />forth in the preamble hereof.
