ORDINANCE NO. 96-47 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN <br />ORDINANCES AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT <br />CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of general and permanent nature <br />have been passed which should be included in the Codified <br />Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio; and <br />WHEREAS, changes should be reflected in the Codified <br />Ordinances to conform to statutory enactments of the Ohio General <br />Assembly. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That the editing, arrangement and numbering of <br />those ordinances and resolutions enacted by Council from 9/1/95 to <br />10/22/96, as listed in the Comparative Section Table, are hereby <br />approved and adopted as printed in the 1996 Replacement Pages to <br />the Codified Ordinances so as to achieve uniformity of style and <br />classification. A copy of such Replacement Pages are attached to <br />this ordinance and incorporated as a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2. The following sections of the Traffic Code, as <br />amended, are hereby approved and adopted as amended or enacted so <br />as to conform to enactments of the Ohio General Assembly. Such <br />sections are printed in full in the 1996 Replacement; Pages. <br />Traf f ic Code <br />333.10 Operation in Violation of Immobilization Order. (Added) <br />333.99 Driving Under the Influence Penalty. (Amended) <br />335.11 Use of Illegal License Plates. (Amended) <br />337.22 Windshield Required. (Amended) <br />SECTION 3. All prior ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent <br />with any provision of the 1996 Replacement Pages are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION S. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the
