oR~ ~~-)I - ORDINANCE NO. 97-11 ~ ~~"~ (~e.,r~ ~ INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole Sc~~~c-c, ~s ,vas ~O ~ AN ORDINANCE ~ ~'~~-rs~~` GRANTING A TEMPORARY SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ', `~~ ~'~'`'~_ STANLEY AIR TOOLS FOR TWO TRAILER OFFICES ~ ~°~ ~ ~~ ~~ ' AT 700 BETA DRIVE ~ Cho Ste' ~ ~~~~ ~-~~ WHEREAS, Stanley Air Tools is going through a renovation study of their existing facility located at 700 Beta Drive; and WHEREAS, plans have been submitted for the location of two temporary office trailers to be located at specific location .on the premises at 700 Beta Drive;' and WHEREAS, the Building Commissioner, Fire Chief, and Planning Commission have reviewed the location, and have approved the granting of a temporary special use permit not to exceed two years. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Stanley Air Tools is hereby and herein granted a special use permit for the location of two temporary office trailers on the premises as indicated in their plans at 700 Beta Drive, for a period not to exceed two years, beginning March 20, 1997, and concluding on March 20, 1999. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3.
