Ordinance 97-23 <br />_ ORDINANCE NO. 97-23 <br />`;~ INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE <br />WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF HAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO <br />FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1997-1999, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT HEREWITH <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 1997, the wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for <br />current employees and employees who have worked through March 15, 1997 of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereafter <br />listed shall be as follows: <br />1.
