Ordinance 97-23 _ ORDINANCE NO. 97-23 `;~ INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF HAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1997-1999, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 1997, the wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for current employees and employees who have worked through March 15, 1997 of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereafter listed shall be as follows: 1. The secretarial or clerical employee attending the meeting shall be paid for a minimum of two hours for such attendance. Page 1 of 17
