ORDINANCE N0. 97-25 (as amended) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />REVISING THE ZONE MAP OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, SO AS TO AMEND THE USE <br />CLASSIFICATION OF LAND OF PERMANENT PARCEL <br />NUMBERS 831-11-008, 831-11-009, 831-11-031 LOCATED <br />'SON HIGHLAND ROAD AND THE RESIDENTIAL PORTION OF <br />831-12-003 FROM ITS RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO <br />PRODUCTION/DISTRIBUTION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the subject properties are located to the rear of or <br />near certain properties on Highland Road, known as Permanent Parcel <br />Nos_. 831-11-008,831-11-009, 831-12-003 and 831-11-031, also near <br />the Progressive Casualty Insurance Company property fronting on <br />Beta Drive, and is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for report and recommendation perJArticle III, <br />Sections 12 and 13, of the Mayfield Village Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been read at two successive <br />Council meetings, and thereafter a public hearing was held thirty <br />days after the second reading, and prior to the third reading <br />_ thereof, after having been advertised thirty days in advance in a <br />-- -newspaper of general circulation throughout the Village, per <br />Article III, Section 13 of the Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been referred to the Mayfield <br />Village electors for approval by a majority of the voters, per <br />Article III, Section 14 of the Mayfield Village Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />established in Section 1153.01 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, as amended from time to time, is hereby <br />revised by changing the zoning classification of the property <br />located at Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-11-008, 831-11-009, 831-12-003 <br />and 831-11-031, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, such that said property be <br />and is hereby rezoned from its current classification of U-1, <br />Single Family Residential District to Production/Distribution <br />District. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby and herein directed <br />to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Elections to be placed on the ballot for the election to be held on <br />November 4, 1997. The Clerk shall certify this.Ordinance to the <br />Board of Elections no later than sixty days prior to the election <br />date of November 4, 1997. <br />
