Fiscal officer's certificate - to be signed by you and filed with Council prior <br />to the enactment of the note ordinance; <br />2. Note ordinance - to be passed under a suspension of the rules and as an <br />emergency measure by the required separate roll call votes at the regular <br />meeting of Council on September 15, 1997; <br />3. Signature pages for the DTC letter of representation - to be signed by you in <br />the event the purchaser requests the Notes be in book entry form. <br />Also enclosed is a draft of the Invitation for Proposals. Please provide me with any <br />comments. <br />Please advise me on the 16th of the number of the note ordinance and with that, <br />and the interest rate and denominations that will be available on the 22nd, I will be able to <br />prepare and forward promptly the balance of the proceedings prior to the preclosing on the 26th <br />and the closing on the 29th. <br /> <br />
