Sellers may elect to <br />bring action, or actions, on any payments, made by Sellers and repayable by <br />Purchaser. <br />10. This Purchase Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. <br />11. This Purchase Agreement shall not b.e modified or amended <br />except by written instrument signed by all of the parties hereto. <br />12.
