That Section 1173.07(a) of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and <br />herein amended to create a new subsection (4) which shall read as follows: <br />1173.07 OFF STREET PARKING AND LOADING. <br />*** <br />(a) Standards and Designs for Parking Facilities. <br />*** <br />Landscape Island. Landscape islands shall be developed and <br />distributed throughout parking areas so as to interrupt the <br />expanse of paved areas. Such island shall have a minimum <br />dimension of ten (10) feet. Design, plant designation and <br />number of such islands shall be approved by the Planning <br />Commission upon recommendation of the Village Landscape <br />Architect. <br />*** <br />
