Ordinance 97-46 <br />ction 2' The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1996, Encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund <br />Street Lighting Fund <br />SCM&R Fund <br />Law Enforcement Trust Revenue <br />Community Room Fund <br />Recreation Fund <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund <br />General Bond Retirement Fund <br />Capital Improvement Fund <br />Municipal Complex Center Fund <br />Wilson Mills Corridor Improvement Project <br />OBBC Permit Fee Fund <br />Performance Bond Fund <br />Contractors' Retainage Account <br />$596,149 <br />$13,350 <br />$4,067 <br />$150 <br />$2,457 <br />$2,324 <br />$1,023 <br />$14,679 <br />$166 <br />$7,345 <br />$21,090 <br />$142 <br />$6,240 <br />$3,796 <br />e i n 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or oi~icers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 1997, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00); <br />and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00); and <br />C.
