03/19/90 ORDINANCE N0. 90- 15 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed which should be included in the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Vil- lage, Ohio; and WHEREAS, changes should be reflected in the Codified Ordinances to conform to statutory enactments of the Ohio General Assembly, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The editing, arrangement and numbering of those ordinances and resolutions enacted by Council from June 15, 1938 to January 1, 1990, as ~ listed in the Comparative Section Table, are hereby approved and adopted as printed in the 1990 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances so as to achieve uniformity of style and classification. A copy of such 1990 Replace- ment Pages are attached to this 0-rdinance and incorporated as a part hereof. SECTION 2. The following sections of the Traffic, General Offenses and Fire Prevention Codes, as amended, are hereby approved and adopted as amended or enacted so as to conform to enactments of the Ohio General Assembly: PART THREE - TRAFFIC CODE 301.32 Right of Way Defined (Amended). 301.46 Traffic Control Devices Defined (Amended), 303.01 Fleeing a Police Officer (Amended). 303.06 Freeway Use Restrictions (Amended). 303.99 Penalty (Amended). 313.01 Obedience to Traffic Control Devices (Amended.).
