529.03 GENERAL OFFENSES ,CODE 82 <br />(c) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or Ohio R. C. Chapter 4301, no <br />person shall knowingly furnish any false information as to the name, age or other <br />identification of any person under twenty-one years of age for the purpose of obtaining <br />or with the intent to obtain beer or intoxicating liquor for a person under twenty-one years <br />of age, by purchase or as a gift. (ORC 4301.633) <br />(d) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or Ohio R.C. Chapter 4301, no , <br />person under the age of twenty-one years shall knowingly show or give false information <br />concerning his name, age or other identification for the purpose of purchasing or <br />otherwise obtaining beer or intoxicating liquor in any place where beer or intoxicating <br />liquor is sold under a permit issued by the Department of Liquor Control or sold by the <br />Department of Liquor Control. (ORC 4301.634) <br />(e) No person shall manufacture, sell or distribute' in any manner any identification <br />card issued for the purpose of establishing a person's age that displays the great seal <br />of the State of Ohio, the words "Ohio", "State", "Official", or any other designation <br />that represents the card as the official identification card of Ohio, except for those <br />cards issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4507.50. (ORC 4301.636) <br />(f) (1) Whoever violates any provision of this section for which no other penalty <br />is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />`(2) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof shall be fined not less than twenty- <br />five dollars ($25.00) nor more than orie hundred dollars ($100.00). The <br />court imposing a fine for a violation of subse ction (a) hereof may order that <br />the fine be paid by the performance of public work at a reasonable hourly <br />rate established:by the court.. The court shall designate the time within <br />which the public work shall be completed. (ORC 4301.99) <br />(g) The provisions of this section relating to the attempted purchase, purchase, <br />sale, possession or consumption of beer apply only to persons who on July 31, 1987, <br />are less than nineteen years of age. <br />529.03 SALES TO INTOXICATED PERSONS. <br />(a) No person shall sell intoxicating liquor to any individual who habitually drinks <br />intoxicating liquor to excess. <br />(b) . No person shall sell intoxicating liquor or beer to an intoxicated person. <br />(ORC 4301.22) <br />(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />(ORC 4301.99(F)) <br />529.04 LIQUOR CONSUMPTION OR OPEN CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE. <br />(a) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. <br />(ORC 4301.64) <br />1990 Replacement <br />
