34A Department of Public Service 137.03 <br />(c) The compensation of the Building Commissioner/Service Director shall be <br />established by the Council from time-to-time. <br />(Ord. 87-1. Passed 3-16-87.) ' <br />137.02 PETTY CASH FUND. <br />(a) In accordance with,all requirements imposed by the State of Ohio, there is <br />hereby established a Petty Cash Fund in the Service Department and Building Department <br />in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), to be disbursed, accounted for, and <br />replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of law, in the total initial amount <br />of one hundred dollars ($100.00). <br />(b) The Finance Department is authorized and directed to provide such cash to the <br />Service Department and to replenish such funds as expenditures afire made in accordance <br />with procedures to be established by the Finance Department in accordance with State <br />requirements.
