21 Enforcement, Impounding and Penalty 303.99 <br />(3) Driving while intoxicated. Whoever violates Section 333.01(a) is guilty <br />of a misdemeanor of the first degree, in addition to the license <br />suspension or revocation provided in Ohio R.C. 4507.16. <br />(4) Physical control; drag racing. Whoever violates Section 333.01(b) <br />or. 333.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(5) Licensing. <br />A. Whoever violates Section 335.01(a)(1) or (3) by operating a motor <br />vehicle when his operator's or chauffeur's license has been expired <br />for no more than six months is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. <br />(ORC 4507.99(B)) <br />B. Except as provided in paragraph A. above, whoever violates any <br />provision of Sections 335.01 to 335.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor of <br />the first degree. (ORC 4507.99(A), (C); ORC 4511.99(B)) <br />(6) Safety and equipment. Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 337 <br />is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br />(7j Placing dangerous materials on streets. Whoever violates Section 311.01(e) <br />is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(ORC 4511.99(J)) <br />(b) Penalties.
