101 Bicycles 373.99 <br />(n) No person operating a bicycle or tricycle shall carry any package, bundle or <br />article in such a manner as to take either hand from the handle bars . <br />(o) No person operating a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle, coaster, skateboard, <br />roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle. <br />(p) No person shall park a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a sidewalk or bicycle <br />trail in such a manner as to interfere with pedestrian traffic or damage the property <br />of another. <br />(q) No person shall park a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle upon a roadway in such a <br />manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic. Passed 12-18-89.) <br />373.08 LOCKS. <br />No bicycle, tricycle or unicycle shall remain unlocked when parked upon any public <br />street, public sidewalk, public driveway, public playground or any other public property. <br />(Ord. 74-31. Passed 7-15-74.) <br />373.09 IMPOUNDING. <br />(a) Whenever any person operates a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle in violation of <br />any section of this chapter, the bicycle, tricycle or unicycle may be impounded by any <br />member of the Police Department for not more than five days. <br />(b) Whenever any bicycle, .tricycle or unicycle is found to be in violation of any <br />section of this chapter, the bicycle, tricycle or unicycle may be impounded by any <br />member of the Police Department for not more than five days . <br />(Ord. 74-31. Passed 7-15-74.) <br />373.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than two <br />hundred dollars ($200.00) and the court may prohibit such violator from riding a <br />bicycle, tricycle or unicycle for a period not to exceed three months. <br />(Ord. 74-31.
