CARMEN <br />Mayor <br />March 30, 1990 <br />Musca Investment Company <br />1202 Bond Court Building <br />1300 East Ninth Street <br />Cleveland, OH 44114-1503 <br />Dear Mr. Musca: <br />Re: Variance for 6681 Wilson Mills Road <br />I have been instructed by the Council of Mayfield Village to <br />iterate the conditions of the parking variance of sixteen (16) spaces in <br />respect to the property known as Village Plaza, located at 6681 Wilson <br />Mills Road. These conditions address several of the concerns that have <br />previously been expressed. <br />The conditions of such variance are the following: <br />(1) There will be no office hours later than 6:00 P.M. <br />(2) There will not be more than three (3) Doctors at <br />such offices. <br />(3) Such variance is granted for a period of two (2) <br />years to be renewed by Council at its option after <br />reviewing a parking and traffic study conducted <br />by the Mayfield Village Police Department. <br />(4) Musca Investment Company, and its successors, heirs, <br />transferees and assign shall indemnify and save <br />harmless the Village and all of its representatives, <br />officers, agents, employees, successors and assigns, <br />jointly and severally, of and from all manner of losses, <br />suits, actions, payments, costs, charges, damages, <br />judgments, reasonable attorney fees or claims and demands <br />of any character, name or description occasioned by or <br />attributable to the Village due to the termination by the <br />Village of this variance. <br />It is my understanding that you and the doctors have consented to <br />these conditions at the Council Meeting that was held on March 19, 1990. <br />
