WNBRBAS, the Village has Identified the need for end proposes the improvement of a portion of the public highway which ie described as follows: .. Repair and resurface that portion of S.O.M. Center Road (SR91) from 0.52 miles north of the South Corporation Line to the Cuyahoga/Lake County Line in the Village of Mayfield, 'a distance of 2.02 miles more or less. said portion of highway within the municipal corporation limits being hereinafter referred to as the improvement, and WNIiRBAS, the Village further desires cooperation from the Director of Transportation in the planning, design and construction of said improvement. Ohio: SECTION I (Cooperation) That said Village hereby requests the cooperation of the Director of Transportation, is the coat of the above described improvement ea follows: The Village agrees to contribute a lump sum amount for its share of the cost and expense of the improvement, said lump sum being determined by the amount of 7-1/2$ funds, received as set forth in Section 5735.28 of the Ohio Revised Code, available for use at the time the project is ready for contract letting. In addition, the Village agrees to assume and bear one hundred percent (100x) of the cost of any cork included in the construction contract, at the request of the Village, which is determined not to be eligible for Federal ' and/or State participation.
