M.V. ORDINANCE N0.90- <br />Page 2 <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) will be required. The <br />deposit shall be refunded only if the kitchen and <br />community room are left clean, all tables are <br />cleared and the building is in the condition it <br />was when rented. <br />(D) Private or commercial rental for individuals or <br />groups who are sponsored by a resident of Mayfield <br />Village is available subject to the schedule <br />requirements set forth hereinabove. Charge for <br />use of the Community room shall be ~e~~ed <br />"' '- ~' "~ lea-rs~(-$~:~:-~@~ j-~ ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY- <br />FIVE DOLLARS (175.00) with an additional <br />refundable damage deposit in the amount oft6~E <br />~F3~£~~~-(-',~r3~-5-:=-G''0~ ONE HUNDRED <br />DOLLARS ($100.00). The deposit for use of the <br />kitchen will be refunded only if the kitchen and <br />community room building are left clean, the tables <br />are cleared and the building is found in the <br />condition at the time it was when rented. <br />SECTION 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 4. The Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, for the reason that it is necessary to promulgate and adopt <br />Rules and Regulations for its operation. It shall, therefore, <br />take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote <br />
