The deposit shall be refunded only if the kitchen and community room are left clean, all tables are cleared and the building is in the condition it was when rented. (D) Private or commercial rental for individuals or groups who are sponsored by a resident of Mayfield Village is available subject to the schedule requirements set forth hereinabove. Charge for use of the Community room shall be One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125..00) ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY- FIVE DOLLARS (175.00) with an additional refundable damage deposit in the amount of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). The deposit for use of the kitchen will be refunded only if the kitchen and community room building are left clean, the tables are cleared and the building is found in the condition at the time it was when rented. SECTION 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. The Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that it is necessary to promulgate and adopt Rules and Regulations for its operation.
