Uniform items for Police Department employees shall conform to the <br />specifications required by the Department's Manual of Rules and <br />Regulations, subject to the approval of the Chief of Police. All items <br />purchased by the Municipality shall be and remain the property of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. <br />2. The Municipality shall purchase for each newly employed full-time <br />police officer having arrest powers all items listed on Schedule "A", <br />attached hereto. Each newly employed full-time member of the Fire <br />Department shall be reimbursed for the costs of uniforms purchased by that <br />member for use in the member's employment in an amount not exceeding the <br />sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each newly employed full-time <br />member of the Police Department not having arrest powers shall be <br />reimbursed for the cost of uniforms for us in that member's employment in <br />an amount not to exceed the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
