Uniform items for Police Department employees shall conform to the specifications required by the Department's Manual of Rules and Regulations, subject to the approval of the Chief of Police. All items purchased by the Municipality shall be and remain the property of Mayfield Village, Ohio. 2. The Municipality shall purchase for each newly employed full-time police officer having arrest powers all items listed on Schedule "A", attached hereto. Each newly employed full-time member of the Fire Department shall be reimbursed for the costs of uniforms purchased by that member for use in the member's employment in an amount not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each newly employed full-time member of the Police Department not having arrest powers shall be reimbursed for the cost of uniforms for us in that member's employment in an amount not to exceed the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
