ARTICLE 4 <br />CMEIMS C®MM~JNITI('S SERVICES <br />The CMEIMS Community accepts the relationship of trust and confidence between the CEM Board, the <br />County and the CMEIMS Community, and by this Agreement agrees to provide the following in connection <br />with the CEMAC Mobile One: <br />4.1 - Protocols, Rules and Procedures. The CMEIMS Community shall comply with all <br />protocols, rules and/or procedures established by the County and/or the CEM Board, and <br />shall operate the CEMAC Mobile One in full compliance with said protocols, rules and <br />procedures. <br />4.2 - Transportation. The CMEIMS Community shall provide immediate transportation for the <br />person who delivered the CEMAC Mobile One to the CMEIMS Community back to said <br />person's workplace. <br />4.3 - Post-Incident Activities. When the CEMAC Mobile One is no longer required by the <br />CMEIMS Community, the CMEIMS Community shall secure all equipment and contents <br />pursuant to the established instructions, shall clean and fuel the CEMAC Mobile One, and <br />shall return the CEMAC Mobile One to the location specified by the County. <br />4.4 - Operating Personnel. The CMEIMS Community shall limit the operation of the CEMAC <br />Mobile One and its equipment to public employees who are qualified to operate such a <br />motor vehicle and equipment. <br />4.5 - Training. The CMEIMS Community shall participate in all training provided by the County <br />and/or the CEM Board. <br />4.6 - Loss and Damage. The CMEIMS Community shall be liable for any damage or loss of <br />the CEMAC Mobile One, its equipment and its contents resulting from the willful <br />misconduct or negligence of the CMEIMS Community's employees or volunteers. <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />TERM ®F AGREEMENT <br />5.1 - Period of Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall go into effect <br />thirty days after the date first written above and shall remain in effect until such time as this <br />Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement. <br />5.2 - Termination. The County and the CMEIMS Community shall have the right to terminate <br />this Agreement subject to thirty (30) days prior written notice. All services required by this <br />Agreement shall be provided by the parties to this Agreement to the date of termination. <br />
