Center Road <br />Mayfield Village, OH 44143 <br />Re: Agreement between School District <br />and Mayfield Village <br />Dear Dr. Stabile: <br />This letter will confirm the agreement made between the Mayfield <br />City School District and Mayfield Village in regards to the use of the <br />baseball fields adjacent to the Center School. <br />According to my understanding, it is agreed upon the following: <br />1. Mayfield Village will contract with the landscaping <br />firm for improvements to the baseball fields. Fifty <br />percent (50~) of the contract will be reimbursed by <br />the School District, not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />2. Prior to such improvements, any plans will be <br />submitted to the School District for their approval. <br />3. The School District will have first priority as to <br />the use of the baseball fields. However, on the days <br />and times that the baseball fields are not in use by <br />the School District, Mayfield Village will have first <br />priority as to their use. <br />4. The School District will regularly maintain the baseball <br />fields at its own costs. <br />5. By this Agreement, the School District is not conveying <br />any interest in said property to Mayfield Village. <br />It is my hope that I have addressed all the issues in order to <br />allow Mayfield Village to use the fields. In anticipation of our <br />Agreement, Mayfield Village has accepted a bid from Artistic Landscape <br />
