Wf~2EAS, the entire territory within the limits of Mayfield Village is now included within CaLmty Sewer District No. 3, and.. WHEE2F~,S, Mayfield Village desires to have constructed, operated and maintained local sanitary sewers which would be a part of the sewerage system of County Sewer District No. 3, and , - ~S, Nkzyfield Village Council has adopted Resolution No. 91--11, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with the Board of Cot~ty Cat~anissioners for the construction, operation and maintenance of the sewerage systems within Mayfield Village. WE~EA.S, Mayfield Village is willing to accept the conditions as set forth in the Agreement. - - NOW, ~EEORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Ccamni~Gioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that the Agreement between the Board of County Ccamnissioners aryl Mayfield Village for the construction, operation and maintenance of sewerage systems within Mayfield Village, Ohio, County Sewer District No. 3, be, and the same is, hereby approved. i BE IT FED RESOLVID that the Clerk of the Board be, and she is, hereby instructed to cause said Agreement to be copied into the proper ~ Agreanent Book of the Board of County Commissioners. ~ BE I~ FUF~~Ft RESOLVID that the Clerk of. the Board be, and she is, hereby instructed to transmit one copy of this resolution together with one executed copy of this Agreement to Eclwi,n C.
