<br />lateral connections, together with all manholes, Y branches and other <br />appurtenances shall be maintained by the County Sanitary Engineer. A <br />copy of the inspection records and location information will be <br />forwarded to the Village Engineer by the County Sanitary Engineering <br />'Division. <br />H. Upon completion of the work an any sewerage improvement within <br />the District, the same becomes a part of the County Sewer District <br />sewerage system, the same as if the work were constructed directly by <br />the COUNTY under provisions of Sections 6117.01 et. seq. of the Ohio <br />Revised Code, and that thereafter the same is to be maintained by the <br />COUNTY as such. <br />I. Sewer connection permits shall be obtained and issued by the <br />County Sanitary Engineer for all sanitary and storm lateral and <br />service connections prior to any tie in, after authorization by the <br />VILLAGE. <br />J. The COUNTY shall be responsible for the sampling, testing and <br />metering of sanitary sewers and service connections. <br />K. The COUNTY shall pay all costs of repair and maintenance of <br />all sanitary sewers and appurtenances which are within the sewerage <br />system. The COUNTY shall establish a schedule of rates and/or charges <br />for the repayment of such costs by just and equitable rates or <br />charges and shall collect the actual expenses of such repair and <br />maintenance from the actual and/or potential users of'such sewerage <br />system. In accordance with Section 729.49 of the Ohio Revised Code, <br />the COUNTY shall at any time after billing said users, collect unpaid <br />charges for system use in the manner prescribed by law for municipal <br />corporation taxes. Upon collection by the County Treasurer, such <br />monies shall be placed .in a special fund to the credit of the Board <br />of County Commissioners. The County shall bill the VILLAGE directly <br />for the actual expenses plus reasonable overhead, of Village- <br />requested repairs or maintenance on storm sewers. <br />L. The COUNTY will prepare and submit an annual service report by <br />July 1 of the following year and such report will be reviewed jointly <br />with the VILLAGE. Also, the COUNTY will present to the VILLAGE and <br />consult with the VILLAGE in regard to an annual operation and <br />maintenance program for the sewerage improvements in the VILLAGE. <br /> <br />i <br />-3- <br />
