<br />F. No work of construction of any pumping station or force main <br />shall be done except in the presence of an inspector employed by the <br />COUNTY. <br />G. The COUNTY shall be responsible far acquiring any and all <br />deeds and easements necessary for the construction, maintenance, <br />operation and repair of the pumping station and farce main <br />facilities. <br />SECTION IV - SANITARY SEWERS <br />A. The VILLAGE shall own all sanitary sewers within its municipal <br />limits except for existing and future ..County improvements, and shall <br />obtain all regulatory agency permits required. <br />B. Before construction of any sanitary sewers, the plans shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Village Engineer and the COUNTY. <br />C. The COUNTY agrees to maintain all sanitary main lines and <br />lateral connections in the public right of way and easements in <br />compliance with the best available practice. <br />D. The COUNTY agrees to make all necessary repairs to the <br />sanitary sewers. _ <br />E. The VILLAGE shall be responsible for the expansion of the ~ <br />sanitary sewer system. <br />F. No work of construction of any sanitary mainline, lateral <br />connection, or service connection shall be done except in the ' <br />presence of an inspector employed by the COUNT`Y'. The VILLAGE shall <br />also inspect main line sanitary sewers in the public right of way and <br />easements. <br />G. Sewer connection permits shall be obtained from the County <br />Sanitary Engineer for all lateral and service connections prior to <br />any tie in after authorization by the Village. <br />H. The VILLAGE shall be responsible for the. collection of any tap <br />in fees for VILLAGE improvements and the COUNTY shall be responsible <br />for collection of tap in fees for County Improvements. <br />I. The VILLAGE shall be responsible for acquiring any and all <br />easements necessary for the. maintenance and repair of municipally <br />owned sanitary sewers. <br />-5- <br />
