02/04/90 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-13 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AMENDING SECTION ONE (1) OF RESOLUTION NO. 91-03 <br />PERTAINING TO THE CONTRACT WITH THE <br />CITY OF BEACHWOOD, OHIO, FOR THE USE OF THE <br />FIRING RANGE BY POLICE PERSONNEL, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS: the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, adopted <br />Resolution No. 91-03 authorizing the Mayor and President of <br />Council to execute a contract with the City of Beachwood for the <br />use of the firing range by police personnel; and <br />WHEREAS: the Council of Mayfield Village has been informed <br />that the hourly rate for the use of the firing range has been <br />increased to Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, for the reason that such contract is necessary to <br />provide the police personnel the required training. It shall, <br />therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the <br />
