RESOLUTION NO. 91- 2.6 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor's appointment of Dan Patrick, II, as Director of Finance for Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby confirmed subject to the terms, conditions and compensation hereinafter established. SECTION 2. As Director of Finance of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Dan Patrick, II shall be the head of the Finance Department and shall be responsible for all fiscal matters concerning the Municipality. He shall furthermore perform all duties specified by the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, with regard to the Director of Finance and furthermore shall perform all duties specified by the statutes of the State of Ohio in that same regard. SECTION 3. As Director of Finance, Dan Patrick, II shall be required to be present at least four (4) days per week in the office of the Municipal Finance Department to perform the duties imposed upon him by this Resolution, the Charter and the statutes of the State of Ohio, said days to be mutually agreed upon between the Director of Finance and the Mayor. He shall furthermore be required to attend all regular meetings of Council and such other special meetings of Council when specifically requested to so attend. He shall furthermore be required to attend all meetings of the Finance Committee unless excused by the Chairman of that Committee. SECTION 4. As Director of Finance, Dan Patrick, II shall be compensated at the rate of Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($33,314.00) per calendar year during the term of this contract. SECTION 5. The contractual arrangement between the Municipality and the Director of Finance established herein shall commence January 1, 1991, and retroactive thereto, and shall remain in force and effect through December 31, 1991, subject only to modification of compensation as may be determined from time-to-time by Council.
