Marino, <br />Managing Partner, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", for and <br />in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, grants to the Village of Mayfield, an Ohio <br />Municipal Corporation, located at 6621 Wilson Mills Road, in the <br />Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee", the easement and <br />perpetual right to enter upon the property or any part thereof as <br />described below and to remove trees when necessary, and in, <br />under and through the described property to construct, <br />reconstruct, operate and maintain a drainage channel over, upon <br />and across Grantors premises described as follows: <br />Beginning on the centerline of Wilson Mills Road (60 feet <br />wide) at its intersection with the Northerly line of P.P. # 831- <br />43-1; Thence South 21 degrees 19' 15" West a distance of 594.48 <br />feet along said centerline to an angle point; Thence South 48 <br />degrees 37' 39" West a distance of 141 feet along said centerline <br />to a .point; Thence South 37 degrees 52' 21" East a distance of <br />30.06 feet to the Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road and the <br />principal place of beginning of the easement herein described: <br />Thence South 37 degrees 52' 21" East, a distance of 75.00 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence North 52 degrees 07' 39" East a distance of 30.00 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence North 37 degrees 52' 21" West a distance of 76.83 <br />feet to a point on the Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road; <br />Thence South 48 degrees 37' 39" West along said Southerly <br />line, a distance of 30.06 feet to the principal place of <br />beginning, containing about 0.052 acres of land, be the same more <br />or less but subject to all legal highways <br />P.P. ~~831-43-1 <br />
