RESOLUTION NO. 91- 43 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />VILLAGE TRAILS SUBDIVISION NO. 2 AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Village Trails Subdivision <br />No. 2 has been submitted to the Village for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council <br />have approved the preliminary plan and the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission has reviewed such final plat and has approved same; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has approved such final plat <br />and all required improvements and drawings for the streets and <br />utilities within the subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Municipality have <br />determined that the subdivision complies with all other <br />applicable provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, pertaining to planning, platting and subdividing <br />procedures; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereby <br />approves the final plat of Village Trails Subdivision No. 2 for <br />recordation purposes only. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds that the developer has <br />furnished a performance guarantee bond in the amount of hundred <br />percent (100%) of the estimate of all the required improvements <br />and such bond constitutes sufficient security for the <br />construction of said improvements pursuant to Section 1115.06(A) <br />of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of~this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />
