M.V. Resolution No. 91-63 <br />. Page' 3 <br />~._. ; <br />Beginning on the center line of S.O.M. Center Road (60 feet <br />wide), at the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to David U. Plat- <br />tner; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to <br />the Northeasterly corner of Parcel No. 41-75-LA of land described in <br />the Appropriation Proceedings by the State of Ohio, filed October 17, <br />1960 in Case No. 744371 of Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Records; <br />thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so described, to the <br />Southerly line of land conveyed to David U. Plattner, as aforesaid; <br />thence Easterly along the Southerly line of land so conveyed, to the <br />place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-05-066, 831-07-001 and 831-07-002 <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to cause written notice <br />of the passage of this Resolution to be given to the owners and per- <br />sons in possession or having an interest of record in the premises. <br />The notice shall be served and returned according to law. <br />Section 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that delibera- <br />tions of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal <br />action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section <br />121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reasons <br />stated in the preamble hereof.
