M.V. RESOLUTION NO. 91- 66 <br />Page 2 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Council of Mayfield Village urges the <br />Ohio Legislature to maintain the right to local government to <br />exceed state minimum building requirements by defeating House <br />Bill No. 186. <br />SECTION 2. That the Clerk forward a copy of this <br />Resolution to State Senator Eric Fingerhut and State <br />Representative Ronald Suster, neighboring municipalities, and <br />such others directed by members of Council. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECT <br />earliest <br />PASSED: <br />APPROVED: <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~ I•° ~ <br />FRED P.
