<br />*FAILED 10/21/91 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-77 <br />INTRODUCED BY :' Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO <br />MARE PAYMENT TO S & R MICOM <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS <br />($5,095.00) FOR THE PIIRCHASE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE AND <br />SOFTWARE FOR THE COMMUNITY AID PROGRAM AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS: a proposal has been received by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village relating to a computerized monitor program <br />within Mayfield Village; and <br />WHEREAS: the Council of Mayfield Village determines that <br />such a program would provide essential services to the transients <br />and residents of Mayfield Village; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />and directed to pay to S & R Micom the sum of Five Thousand <br />Ninety-Five Dollars ($5,095.00) for the purchase of computer <br />hardware and software necessary to establish the community aid <br />program. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public,. in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents. of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the <br />
