The "Lessor" will provide a Maze supervisor to oversee erection and dismantling of the Maze. 3. Payment: Deposit of 50a of rental cost to be received with signed contract. Balance is due to be paid to "Lessor's" Maze supervisor on day Maze is erected on "Lessee's" site or before. 4. Insurance:" Property: The Lessee shall insure the Maze for $30,000 on a Replacement Cost, "All Risks" basis for the entire time covered by the Rental Agreement, from pick up at the "Lessor's" dock, while in the possession of the "Lessee" and until returned to and unloaded at the "Lessor's" dock. Liability: The Lessee shall obtain and keep in force during the entire term of the Rental Agreement, General Liability Insurance protecting both himself and the "Lessor" (as an Additional insured) against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the "Lessee's" use of the Maze. Such insurance shall be written on an occurrence basis and provide single limit coverage of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
