5, When a videotape is made of an interview ofi a child by any <br />of the subscribers to the Flan, copies of the videotape <br />shall b.e considered a part of the case record' and shall be <br />shared with other mandated subscribers under the same <br />restraints as those described in Paragraph 4 above=. <br />VII. <br />Missing Children <br />When any of the mandated subscribers to this plan obtain E::nowl- <br />edge that a minor person, under 18 years of age,. has either run <br />away from, or is otherwise missing from the home of, or the <br />care, custody and control of his parents, custodial parent,. <br />guardian, legal custodian, or person having. responsibility for <br />him/her, or is missing. and about whom there is reason to believe <br />s/he could be the victim of a violation of section ~9U5.~?1, .C~~, <br />~~~ ~ , i_~4, or X919 . ~' of the Ohio F:evised Code, they shal l <br />A. ~ refer the reporter to the law enforcement agency of <br />the appropriate jurisdiction. <br />S. provide assistance and cooperation and access to <br />-appropriate infiormation to each other in the <br />investigation of such cases. <br />C. document in their own records the assistance, <br />~~cooperation or information e::changed. - - <br />The mandated subscribers agree as well to follow the mandates of <br />the Ohio Revised Code 9~~1.T~~-'1 which apply to cases of missing <br />children. as they are appropriate to the agency. <br />VIII. Situations involving alleged Withholding ofi . <br />Medically Indicated Treatment from Disabled Infants <br />1. The Cuyahoga, County Department of Human Services, Social <br />Services,. shall be responsible,, as mandated in the Ohio <br />Administrative Code 41~~1:?-~5-77 for: <br />A. receiving reports of such-cases in its jurisdiction. <br />E~. referring such reports to the proper jurisdiction when <br />applicable. <br />Go investigating, such reports, initiating the <br />investigation within- one hour. <br />D. notifying the appro.pri~te law enforcement agency within <br />~4 yours of the determination that such a report <br />. constitutes an allegation of child neglect. -. <br />
