1/21 /91 <br />FAILED 2/18/91 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91-02 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 739.06(b) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO THE PERMITTED <br />HOORS OF SOLICITATION AT PRIVATE RESIDENCES <br />WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />3ECTION 1. Section 739.06(b) of the Codified Ordinances <br />of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(Deleted material appears like bYrts and new material appears like <br />THIS) <br />Chapter 739 <br />Solicitations at Private Residences <br />* * * <br />739.06 RESTRICTIONS. <br />Every person to who a registration certificate is issued <br />under the terms of this chapter shall be governed by the <br />following Rules and regulations: <br />* * * <br />(b) No person subject to the provisions <br />of this chapter shall canvas or <br />solicit, except between the hours <br />of 10:00 A.M. and °•^??. 8:00 <br />P.M. Monday through Saturday. In <br />addition no person shall canvas or <br />solicit on any legal holiday. <br />SECTION 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance, in whole or in part, are appealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, <br />resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to
