Ohio this ,?;L_day of <br />A-L . 193L, by and between the County of Cuyahoya. Ohi o, by i ts <br />oard of County Commissioners. Party of the First Part and hereinafter <br />referred to as the COUNTY and the Village of Mayfield by its Mayor, having <br />been duly authorized to enter into said ayreement by Ordinance (Vo. 9/ -Q <br />adopted b Council of the Village of Mayfield on the _:2/ day of <br />. 19?, Party of the Second Part and hereinafter referred to as <br />the hiUNICIPHLITY. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the MUNICIPALITY has recognized the need for and proposes the <br />improvement of a portion of pubiic hiyhway which is described as fo]lows: <br />The improvement of Wilson Mills (CR-73) Culvert No. 14 <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein <br />contained to be performed by the parties hereto. it is mutually agreed between <br />the parties hereto as foliows: <br />A. CUNSENT 7. That it is aeclared to be in the public interest that the consent of <br />said hIUNICIPALITY be and such consent is hereby given to the COUNTY <br />to participate in the cost of construction of the above described <br />improvement. <br />B. COOPERATION <br />i. That the COUNTY and the hiUNICIPALITY will cooperate in the <br />improveiuent of Wiison Mills (CR-73) Cuivert iVo. 14. <br />2. That the hiUNICIPALITY will prepare construction plans and <br />specificationS, includiny necessary engineering reports, which shall <br />conform to generally accepted engineeriny practices and principles. <br />3. That the hlUfvICIPALITY will arrange for the supervision and <br />administration of the construction contracte <br />4. That the COUNTY wi]1 review the construction plans for conformance <br />with Section B-2 of this Agreernent and make an inspection of the <br />coaipleted project. <br />5.
